Apartment on the ground floor for 2-4 persons (47 m²)
The kitchen-living room made from aged spruce features a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a satellite TV, and a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is crafted from pine wood and equipped with a boxspring double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, a bidet, and a WC. A Hydrosoft steam sauna for two people rounds off the comfortable amenities. The apartment provides a direct access to the garden.

Included Services
The following services are included in the price:
- Fresh milk from our cows every day
- Eggs as needed
- Bread delivery service from the Gsies bakery right to your door
- Vegetable and herb garden
- Final cleaning
- Free W-Lan
- Use of the washing machine in the laundry room (little additional charge)
- Pick-up service from the train station or bus stop
- Parking lot directly at the house (for free) or parking space in the garage (additional charge)
Prices are stated per apartment per night for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Peak season
In July and August, we only rent our holiday apartments on a weekly basis (preferably from Saturday to Saturday).
Local tax
A local tax of € 3.00 is added to the total price. This is charged per guest per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
Check-in and check-out
The apartments are ready for occupation from 14:00 on the date of arrival and are available until 10:00 on the date of departure.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation insurance
In case something unexpected happens and you can no longer take your trip, we recommend Roter Hahn cancellation protection. Click here and take out your holiday insurance yourself.

Garage parking for your car - no ice scraping in winter and pleasant temperature in summer (for an extra charge and reservation)
